Set time limits

Take breaks
It’s important to take breaks from social media. Don’t check your notifications first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed. Instead, take some time to read a book, take a walk, or meditate. Set aside some time each day to do something that’s not related to social media.

Unfollow or mute
Social media can be overwhelming when you’re following too many people or accounts. Take some time to unfollow or mute accounts that are not serving you. Use social media mindfully
